What is Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)?
Spravato® (esketamine) nasal spray is FDA-approved for use alongside an oral antidepressant to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression (those who haven’t improved from other antidepressant medications). Due to risks of sedation, dissociation, and potential misuse, Spravato is available exclusively through a restricted distribution program under a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS).
