There are many ways you can refer a patient to Being Health.
Referring Provider FAQs
What happens after I refer a patient?
A member of our care team will review your referral and will be in touch once your patient books an appointment at Being Health. In the interim, if your patient would like to book directly on the site, they can do so at beinghealth.co/appointment.
Do you offer in-person or virtual care or both?
We offer virtual visits and in-person appointments based on a patient’s personalized care plan, preferences and provider availability. However, ketamine infusion therapy and acupuncture are the two services that are only available in-person at our warm and welcoming space in Lower Manhattan.
What insurances do you accept?
We are not currently in network with any private insurance providers, Medicaid or Medicare, but we are currently working on it. If an individual has out-of-network benefits, we are happy to submit a superbill on their behalf to seek reimbursement.
We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), as well as American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Additionally, we have partnered with Advance Care Card and CareCredit to offer financing for those who qualify.
What is the cost for out-of-pocket care?
At Being Health, we are committed to fair and transparent pricing. All of our prices for in-person and virtual services are viewable on our site at beinghealth.co/pricing.
