Current Being Health Groups
Our groups, led by a Being Health clinician, bring together a small group of participants weekly in a safe and supportive environment.
This 8-week virtual group is for parents with young children (0-6 years of age) and will focus on improving family cohesion, fostering parent-child relationships, and teaching concrete and practical strategies for mindful parenting.
Parenting with Purpose
A 6-week in-person women’s group, led by a licensed clinical psychologist and acupuncturist, will be focused on the role of stress, how it impacts both our mind and body, and how to better navigate stress and stressful life events.

How it works
1. Fill out a registration form
If you are interested to join a group, fill out the registration form.
2. Connect with facilitator
The Being Health group facilitator will screen potential participants for appropriateness of fit.
3. Enroll in group and begin
After enrolling in the group, participants attend their first session on the indicated start date and participate weekly until the end date.
